How To Get Married In Florida

If you are reading this, it means you are engaged (Congratulations!) and planning your very special day in the warm, sunny south. I know that there are many things on your to do list right now. Let me make it easy for you!

  1. Contact All In One Weddings of Florida to book your all inclusive wedding package. This can include any or all of the following: Your ceremony, photos, video, flowers, cake, limo, DJ, honeymoon suite, entertainment, and / or a private yacht for your sunset
wedding reception. Even if it will just be the two of you ~ we can provide all of these special services to enhance your Destination Wedding in Florida.
  2. Get your Marriage License. Some of our counties offer virtual appointments, and others require that you physically go to the City Clerk’s Office in person (both of you!) to the County where you are getting married to obtain your Florida Marriage License before you can legally wed. This can be done up to 60 days before the wedding. Bring your government issued photo ID’s and information about any past marriages will be required (divorce decree or death certificate for a widowed spouse). The current fee for a Florida Marriage License is $93.50.
  3. Choose your Location. Typically, a sunset beach wedding on the Florida coast is at the top of everyone’s most desirable list to say I Do with your toes in the sand. We can marry you on Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, West Palm Beach or anywhere in between. You can also have your ceremony right on a private yacht that leaves out of Pompano Beach. Prefer a more formal setting for your nuptials? There are many gorgeous hotels and oceanfront resorts to choose from, such as the Ritz-Carleton, Pelican Grand, B Ocean, Sonesta, The Marriott and The Westin in Fort Lauderdale.
  4. Choose Your Date. The best times to get married in Florida are during the cooler months of November, December, January, February, March and April. You will be avoiding the hurricane season and less likely to experience any of your guests passing out who may not be used to the heat and humidity during the hot and muggy months of the summer.
